My family was able to come up to Kokomo for the long Holiday weekend and we had such a wonderful time. We attend the Haynes Apperson Festival [and filled up on funnel cakes and fries], cooked-out, walked to Crazy Jay's Ice Cream, and laughed until we cried!! Caleb found a water bottle and it has quickly become his favorite object. He especially enjoyed being 'misted' from Grammy!!

Since my family will not be able to come up for Caleb's Birthday at the end of the month we had a mini celebration while they were in town. Here is Caleb eyeing his angel food cake [a little healthier alternative we thought... :)]

That cake is absolutely delicious looking! Is that whipped cream?? It looks divine! I love angel food cake!
I've recently discovered a great party treat... take and cube it... put it on a skewer, and alternate blueberries and strawberries! They're always a hit!
